The official line: I’m a former teacher and current attorney who loves to use storytelling to explain complicated ideas and help build empathy. I’ve spent the past fifteen years working in education and the past five storytelling. I believe people change only when they connect emotionally to the topic, they connect only when they understand, and they understand when they are taught. In my opinion, stories are the highest form of teaching. I’m a Moth grandslam winner, with two stories on the podcast, and I blog in my spare time. 

The bottom line: I believe that stories change the world. And, I absolutely believe chestnuts should be collected, boats must be sailed into the sea, and adventure awaits!
